About Scholarship Program

In Japan, 1 in 2.6 college students receive scholarships and student loans. We introduced a new recruitment initiative whereby we award a one-off bonus to those employees who received student loans during their studies at university.

Qualifications

Women, childcare and family-care

In addition to offering a working environment where women can balance work with childbirth and childcare, Invast Securities also aims to establish systems that enable employees to provide nursing care to family members and support their loved ones in times of need.

Maternity/childcare leave
Employees can take maternity/childcare leave until their children reach the age of 1 (or, in some cases, 2 years).
Childcare subsidies
For some people, childcare responsibilities stand in the way of work; the lack of public daycare facilities often makes it impossible to work and private daycare can be very expensive.
To help alleviate those burdens, Invast Securities provides employees with subsidies equivalent to half of the actual childcare expenses (up to 100,000 yen).
Reduced working hours for employees with childcare responsibilities
At Invast Securities, employees can take advantage of reduced working hours until their children reach elementary?school age.
Allowing employees to work 4?7 hours a day, the reduced working hours system makes it possible for each employee to find the schedule that best fits his or her work-life balance.
Employees who choose to work 6 or fewer hours a day can also go without the standard 1-hour daily break period.
Temporary sick/injured childcare leave

Temporary sick/injured childcare leaveTemporary sick/injured childcare leave allows employees to take paid time off when a child, yet to start elementary school, suffers from a sudden illness or other problem. The maximum temporary leave period for 1 child is 5 days, and the maximum temporary leave period for 2 or more children is 10 days.Family-care leaveEmployees with family members requiring family care (nursing/long-term care) can take up to 93 days of family-care leave per family member requiring care.Reduced working hours for employees with family-care responsibilitiesEmployees with family members requiring nursing/long-term care can opt to work under a reduced daily schedule (4?7 hours per day), designing their working hours to fit their needs, for up to 2 years.Temporary family-care leaveThe temporary family-care paid leave system is available to employees with family members requiring family care (nursing/long-term care).

Vacation

In order to help employees and their families live more fulfilling lives and give employees the renewed energy, Invast Securities encourages employees to take temporary leave to rejuvenate.

Annual paid vacation
Upon joining the company, employees receive 10 days of annual paid vacation.
Annual paid vacation is available by the half-day, giving employees a useful option for taking a little time off when their children get sick or other problems occur.
Summer and winter vacations
With 5 days of summer vacation time and 5 days of winter vacation time, employees can get up to 9 consecutive days off in both seasons if they line their breaks up with weekends.
Summer vacation is available from July to October, while winter vacation is available from December to March. Thanks to those wide windows of opportunity, Invast Securities employees can coordinate their breaks with other employees, their families, and friends to take group trips and get long stretches of fulfilling time off.
* 2 days of each 5-day seasonal vacation period count toward annual paid vacation.

Invast Securities strives to maintain a health-conscious work environment and a work place where young employees and foreign nationals feel welcome.

Housing subsidies
Employees in non-managerial positions are eligible for a monthly housing subsidy of 20,000 yen.
By offering company housing (leased in the company's name) and housing allowances, Invast Securities provides its employees?renters and homeowners alike?with a variety of housing subsidies.
Company housing contracts are in the company's name, eliminating the need for any co-signers and saving residents the hassle of having to pay their rent via bank transfer.
Although not eligible for housing subsidies, foreign nationals?including those in managerial positions?can rent properties in the company's name.
Working visa procedures
Invast Securities handles all working visa changes and renewal procedures on behalf of its employees.
Medical checkups
Knowing that employee health is more important than anything else, Invast Securities gives its employees the option to receive medical checkups that are more comprehensive than what standard examinations involve.
Gynecological examinations are available to anyone who is interested. For employees who are 35 years or older can choose comprehensive medical examination if they wish.
Influenza vaccinations
The health insurance scheme offers a subsidy of up to 2,000 yen for influenza vaccinations, which is enough to cover the cost at most hospitals.
No-overtime day
Every Wednesday is "no-overtime day," which gives employees time to pursue their hobbies, develop their skills, and do other things that help them find a good work-life balance.
