President and Representative Director Takeshi Kawaji

After graduating from Babson College (USA) with a degree in Management Information Systems, Kawaji worked for Refco Overseas (UK), Ltd.—a US-funded, London-based securities subsidiary (dealer)—and then went on to join Kobe Securities Co., Ltd. (Now Invast Securities Co., Ltd.) in 2000.
Kawaji's appointments at the company have taken him to the Corporate Sales Department, Public Underwriting Department, and then to the General Planning Department, where he became the Department Director and began work on the Invast IPO in 2006.
Kawaji later became Executive Managing Director in 2007, Vice President and Representative Director in 2008, and President and Representative Director in 2010.
He has also gone on to become a director at KOYO HOLDINGS in 2012 and Invast Financial Services Pty Ltd., a subsidiary in Sydney, Australia, in 2013. Kawaji continues to serve in both posts.
